St. Paul's Anglican Church volunteers joined businesses and organizations in downtown Nanaimo on Saturday, October 27 and greeted children who dressed up for Halloween.
Our volunteers handed out over 300 bags of goodies to the very appreciative children and their parents. The day was blessedly dry and downtown Nanaimo was filled with the excited voices and laughter of the little ones who came to our front door for a treat and a hello!
This is one of the many bonuses of being a downtown church. We love to get to know our neighbours and interact with members of our community. At St. Paul's, strangers become friends!
