Education for Ministry (EfM) is a program of theological education by extension for lay people.
One of the greatest theological insights of the past two decades by most denominations of the Christian Church is that every baptised person is called to the ministry of the whole people of God. The EfM program provides people with the education and training they need to carry out that ministry. Many members of St. Paul's Anglican Church have completed the four year program.
