An update on our Mini-Art Auction, featuring art for everyone and every pocketbook. The starting bid for the piece currently on auction has now been REDUCED. All reasonable bids now accepted. Bids for this piece will be open now until Monday May 18th.
The work currently available is a pensive piece titled 'Silent Sentries' by Rev. William John Dixon, a Canadian artist of some renown who has been featured in commercial galleries from Toronto to Vancouver Island.
The artwork can be viewed in person in the church library next to our office. Information regarding the print and how to bid are positioned near the display easel. Should you wish to place a bid, our office is open 9:30am-12:00 noon on weekdays. You may also come on Sunday mornings before or after our Sunday services.
This auction is a fundraiser for our new organ (the first of its kind installed in Canada!) In the coming weeks, a wide range of art will be offered at auction, and we encourage you to support this fundraising effort.
