Come sample a short and guided 45 minute compassion practise on Thursdays at 10 am beginning August 6 on Zoom. Gently build the ‘muscles’ that help us in building relationships with ourselves, others, community and God. Through breath-work, contemplation, movement and reflection this six week series will focus on building these compassion 'muscles' along with some restoration and reconnection.
